During this week’s edition of The Real Congregation, we talked about an unfortunate event. A local club in Orlando, FL had decided that indie legends The Meat Puppets had been playing for entirely too long, and just as they launched into the crowd favorite “Up On The Sun”, the venue shut off the lights and eventually the PA, effectively stopping the show prematurely and thumbing their noses at both the band and the fans that paid money to see the show. Here’s some video of the situation.
